Problem is.....so many have different physiologies and psychological reasons for smoking...that it just becomes too individualised to cover with any degree of efficacy. This is not to say that it is not an ace idea! Perhaps you are a person to start it!! Try the title "Quitting: How long, What did it take? Tell us your story!"
