I'm not sure that Stanton Glantz and his cronies have a grasp on what the definition of "DIY" is:

So the author presents a study where nicotine was found in consumer flavoring additives and then goes on to suggest that the seller is spiking the product intentionally. While in my opinion this article has hoax written all over it, it may be the sloppiest research paper ever written.
If I might add - I just love his solution to the problem. I see a career in politics or a Darwin Award in his future.
