TFA Sweetner is a good one. FA Merangue is also good to use. Marshmallow will sweeten and I prefer it to the other sweetners. Ethel Maltol (EM or Cotton Candy) will sweeten but it can also dull the flavors over time.

So far marshmallow from FA and tpa have been working pretty good. So has brown sugar for my fruit mixes.

I'd use either EM, FA Merengue, or Cotton Candy. The FA Marshmallow will give you sweetness as well. In addition, it will add a hint of Vanilla, and some creaminess.

TFA Brown Sugar (best for bakery types but will work for others if in a pinch)
FA Meringue (best for fruits but will work for others somewhat also)
Marshmallow (generally universal for anything)

EM
(mostly works to soften sharpness/sour taste rather than actually sweetening)

Sweetener
(real strong even when used as a 10% solution, needs to be diluted further IMO)
(I get the diet pop after-taste with this and don't like it much)

Liquid Stevia Extract
(real sweet & must be diluted, does have some aftertaste also)
(VG(Glycerite) or Alcohol base, Pure Stevia Leaf, and make sure it doesn't have any other additives)
(best used in tiny amounts)

Strictly my opinion and others may vary:).

I've had success with both Sweetener (sucralose) and EM, but generally only use either in small doses of 1% or less...EM does tend to blunt flavors if used in excess, and sucralose, since it is primarily used as a diet pop sweetener, does indeed give off that "diet pop sweetener" taste.

Better to find complimentary sweet flavors (lots of people like and have mentioned Marshmallow here) than rely too much on artificial sweetener.

It's VG/PG not PG/VG

Too much EM dulls the taste, too much Stevia gives a bitter after taste.
Maybe use both in smaller dosages.

Btw Cotton Candy of most companies is just EM in PG solution.
