Switching Flavors with cartomizer coils?

Hey folks!

This may be a silly question, but I've never had a cartomizer I actually liked enough to want to keep using so I have no clue.

I just got the Apsire Atlantis and I love it, so it looks like I'll actually be using it along with my tobh v2.5.

Is there anything I can do to clean the coil/cartridge when I'm changing juice flavors? Or do I just deal with a few weird ass flavored hits before the new flavor juice takes hold?

Thanks in advance for the responses!

I think it depends on how much time you have.... between flavors that is. If you can let a atomizer sit for a day the "vodka/everclear" (AKA any non toxic solvent) method works great. Basically soak the coil for an hour or more, rinse in hot water, and let it dry. I'm a flavor junkie which is why I have a dozen tanks and a half dozen active RDAs!

Awesome. Looks like my old nemisis will be coming back to my house. Oh vodka. Stay away from my liver! :)

agreed. I have WAY too many sample bottle to be throwing away bvc's. I soak in vodka cople hours, rinse with as hot of water at I can handle with my hands(im a welder, I know what is hot) let air dry overnight. When I switch flavors, I do get some hint of previous flavor, but is gone in about 1 ml. It may last longer if you switch from a heavy flavor, ie- vanilla custard to a light flavor like watermelon. I just keep track of my 'heavy' flavor coils vs. my "lighter' flavor coils, and keep them paired. Right now, ive dumped the last 1ml of my peppermint into my watermelon, and surprisingly, is quite good.
