I have a buddy at work that only has mech mods but he wants a sub ohm tank. I've used my Kanger sub tank on my mech mods but I know there are some your not suppose to use.
Anyone know how to tell the difference?

Well for starters never use a tank on mech with a hybrid top cap, unless the pin on the tank protrudes about 2 mm...
That said my brother likes the Arctic on his Nemesis mech with the .2 ohm coil.. Other than that I really can't help much here..maybe someone can chime in..good luck. and vape safe...

You and your buddy are two news stories waiting to happen. If you or he must use a tank, get a regulated device. There are so many inexpensive high powered / high quality regulated mods out there it's stupid not to.

I have a regulated mod. You guys are acting like a battery is going to blow up if you use a.5 ohm coil in a tank opposed to a .5 ohm coil on a dripper. I only ask the question to make sure he buys something safe but to my knowledge it is perfectly safe to use something like the original Kanger sub tank on a mech.
