Meh. Tax nicotine base to 40%, still WAY cheaper than smoking. I really feel bad for those who haven't or can't prep, and even more sorry for those who still smoke and won't quite because ecigs become more expensive than smoking.

It's not just nic base that's being taxed.

I'm stocked for life so it won't affect me at all, but it really does suck for people who aren't and even worse for those businesses who aren't in a position to cough up the floor tax.
