Temperature Control and Temperature Setting

Had my IPV4 for a couple days and can vape my cotton dry at 410 with no burning. Seem to like my current flavor at 460. How high on the temperature can you go and still avoid a dry hit? I've read differing opinions on this. What's your experience?

410 is only for bone dry cotton. You won't vape it bone dry without noticing so it won't burn below 500 if its even barely wet

Thanks, would have found out on my own with a little more time. I was wanting to get it dry as possible so that I would know exactly how many drops I could add without opening my dripper up. I don't want to put much pressure on my 510 threads by pulling the cap. My Origen holds more than a mil when empty, so I'll add 1 mL when the flavor drops.
