Last week I had to take an unplanned trip to Florida to attend to some family business.
Since I was going to be in the state anyway, I decided to add an extra couple of days onto my trip to visit with some vaping friends of mine.
So I packed accordingly for the trip.
Here is what I had in my carry-on that went through the TSA security checkpoint with me.
Dovepo E-MECH.
Dovepo E-LVT
Custom dual 18650 DNA20 mod
Vaporshark DNA20
2 X 18650 spare batteries packed into standard pill bottles.
6 X 30ml bottles of E-Liquid in a quart zip lock bag.
Xtar WPII charger and charging cables.
Along with my non vaping stuff.
When it was my turn, with the exception of the charger, cords and spare batteries, I put all of my vape gear into the plastic box along with my boots, belt and pocket junk and away it went through the dreaded machine.
Not even a single question or raised eyebrow from any of the TSA officers.
However, they did take me out of line to pay extra attention to the GPS unit I had left in the bag and scanned the hell out of the weighted base for my GPS with the wand to check to see if it was packed with explosives which it was not so away I went.
Same thing happened on the return trip except they did not single out the GPS base again.
