TFV4 question

I have an 'IPV3 LI' that has the 200w upgrade and I recently got a TFV4 to go on it. My question is, what coil is going to give the biggest clouds with the TFV4? There is like 9 diffrent coils to choose from. Any help would be much appreciated.

as each person is different that is hard to tell but i used this to start https://originvape.com/smok-tfv4-tank-coils/ all i can tell you is the tf-q4 for me spit backs but has nice flavor and clouds for me. drink a bit like a fish if i get it going.

i also used th Ti heads but out of a pack of 5 1 was great the rest burned after priming slowly.
1. coil worked flawless for 9 days great flavor at 380-390 for me any way rx200 1.07 update at 45 watts ramp
1. coil leaked like a pita overnight with proper sealed tank and close af ring.
1. burnt like a bitch after slow priming and a overnight soak
1 coil had bad assembly and restricted air flow due to an out of alignment cotton pad pressed ffit in the wrong area
1 is unused as of yet.

the Tf-q4 head can leak mine has a slow drip issue, spits like crazy but flavor is great.
gonna try the STC2 In TC and watts mode when i can.

I've used the triple coils and the quad coils so far. Use them around 70-80 watts. Big clouds and no spit back at all. Lots of people on here have the tank so you should get a lot of good advice pouring in soon !

I have all ways been a fan of building my own coils. I use the dual coil rebuildable head, 3mm spaced coils @.25 Ohms 80 watts, works as good as any of the pre built coils I have tried

Like @ Breazy above I like the triple coil at 75-80w for thick clouds and no spitback at all..
I tried the quad but was disappointed actually.. It was about the same as the triple.. Also tried the Clapton that has great flavor but thin, airy, clouds....have about 2 weeks on the triple and its still hitting as good as the first day I installed it..

Aside from custom builds the quad coil at ~125w was the best clouds I got with the TFV4. That said I felt the flavor was lacking, in that it was very airy, sure I got a ton of juice up in my mouth so the aftertaste was nice, but overall I was a bit disappointed in that area. Triple is great if you feel the 100w+ is too hot with the quad, actually triple is better flavor/similar clouds at like 70-90w, I just found that I could get dry hits above that as the juice just doesn't flow as quickly into the coilhead. Sextuple was very similar to the triple coil but I'd say use even less wattage and accept a little smaller cloud but similar flavor. Clapton I thought was best for flavor. I haven't tried the TC stuff, as I just haven't really gotten into TC, I'm having enough fun with rebuilding and honing in a perfect coil for power mode.

Hi Jerus
After reading your earlier post in a different thread (I think) about building the RDA deck I gave it a shot..granted it was the single horizontal build but for my first try it wasn't bad..no leaks, but clouds were on the lame side compared to the triple head...So later I'm gonna try that verticle build you like and see how it goes...

Yeah single horizontal coil build is a bit disappointing. The dual coil is solid, for the build I have on it I found the flavor superior to the premade coils but clouds a bit less. It's the modified single RBA with a vertical coil that really makes the premades look bad though I'd still say the dual has the potential as well (and the RCA isn't bad but just a bit smaller and I could never quite dial something in but the potential is there).
