Retail merchants like Best Buy are starting to more consistently stock RTX 30 series PCs, and manufacturers like Dell, HP, and Lenovo are starting to ship out their PCs earlier. If you go this route, you're much more likely to receive your PC within the month. Also, whereas there's still a hefty price markup for standalone RTX 30 series video cards, you can actually score some decent discounts when you buy a prebuilt PC.
