FDA will not acknowledge that vape is harm reduction but watch Altria get the approval to say their cigalikes are reduced risk right on the package.
Excerpt:
"Altria noted in its earnings conference call last month that it continues to expand distribution of its MarkTen brand of vapor products, and it's working closely with Philip Morris International on the global tobacco giant's iQOS new tobacco-heating e-cig product. Altria has exclusive distribution rights here in the U.S. and is hoping for FDA approval of a reduced-risk label by the end of the year."
The 2007 cut off, who came up with that year? Random pick out of the hat? Almost a decade old products?
So those products from vape hardwares infancy should be safer than 2016 technology and not need to go through their tests?
Mech mods from 2007 are perfectly safe but a 2016 regulated mod with safety features is sketchy?
Can't believe these people could read what they passed through and think... yeah, that makes perfect sense to me.
