The Mindy Project is officially the latest canceled TV series to be saved by a streaming service, as Hulu has announced they have picked up the series. Hulu revealed that they have ordered Season 4 of the Mindy Kaling comedy, comprised of 26 episodes in total.
FOX cancelled The Mindy Project a few weeks ago, but news broke simultaneously that Hulu was in talks to pick up the series, where episodes of the first three seasons have been heavily viewed.
Said creator and star Mindy Kaling, in a statement, "I am thrilled The Mindy Project has found a new home on Hulu, where so many of our fans are already watching the show. It's such an exciting place to be."
