Major Mutant Deaths
The previous chapter of House of X introduced a critical new mission for the X-Men. Thanks to the events of her previous life cycle, Moira MacTaggert now knows when and where to act to ensure humanity never creates Nimrod, the ultimate mutant killer. She and Xavier charge Cyclops' team with infiltrating Orchis' orbital base on Sol's Hammer, destroying the Mother Mold being constructed there and preventing Nimrod's creation. Unfortunately, that proves far easier said than done.
