Does anyone have a issue with theirs not displaying batteries of their full charges ?! I just popped 3 different freshly charged sets of batteries in it and it was only reading them at 82% and then charges for about 10 minutes and then stops.

Any ideas ?!

I have a few.
1. What batteries are you running? How old are they (How many cycles)? What do you have the watt hours set at? Do you have the right discharge curve loaded?
2. What firmware are you running? You can find that by looking at the bottom right hand corner in the Device Monitor in Escribe when you have the mod hooked up.

I think it's either the watt hours are set wrong (when the batteries age, their capacity lessens) or maybe you need to upgrade the firmware. That's just a guess off the top of my head.

Cheers,
Steve

LG HG2's that have had 5-6 charges on them, always pulled out of mod when they are 60-65% percentage reading on my mods. As for the watt/hour and discharge curve,I have no idea I'm a DNA noob as I just got it last week and just now downloaded the eScribe software. When I just plugged it in this morning,I did the latest update, and when looking at the diagnostics screen when I hit the mod, battery voltage dropped the dropped basically the same maybe .1-.2 of one another ( ex. battery 1 drops to 4.17 battery 2 drops to 4.15-.16 ) but when not being fired it's resting at 4.20.

Do you have any recommendations on settings ? It just started doing all this this morning too. Every since I got it,it's been reading 100% when batteries were popped in.

In the mod tab of Escribe you should have the watt hours set to 22.2. The number of cells should be set to 2. I set my cutoff to 2.8v, if you want your higher, set it a little higher, I like 2.8v because that takes into account voltage sag, when you take the cells out they should bounce back up some. You can always charge them before they are completly depleated, but that way if you are out and about the mod won't shut off on you while you still have power left.

If you are not seeing the mod tab you need to click on:
Options .> User Settings > Manufacturer at the top of Escribe.
Here's a screen grab of my settings using HG2's.

PS If you make changes, you need to click on Upload Settings to Device at the top of Escribe after making them to save the changes to the mod. I'm running Firmware 1.2 SP5

Okay, awesome. After about 30 minutes on charge it's finally reading 100%,but I don't know how long that will last. So far after finding the tab you were showing, these are the current settings before I change anything:

Battery Type- Li-P
Capacity- 18.5 Wh- 2 cell
Cell Soft Cutoff- 2.8v

Once I put the WH to 22.2 battery life dropped down to 83% again as well.

It might take a little while for the changes to catch up. You can either wait for the mod to go to sleep (about 30 minutes of non-use), click on soft reboot (Tools . Diagnostics > Reboot Device > Soft Reboot at the top of Escribe while the mod is connected), or take out the batteries for a few seconds and reinsert them.

Let me know if this takes care of your problem. I will also look up a link for the LG HG2 discharge curve if you want to Upload it to your mod.

PS In the same place (see the picture in my above post) I have my charging mode set to Maximum Puffs.
