Finally things are beginning to pan out. I had about 100 mls of custard that has been steeping about a week. 8% TFA vanilla custard, 2% TFA DDL. I know it's not really finished steeping but it's good. I split some up today. I took that base and mixed about 20 ml with 5% flavor app. organic strawberry plus about 1% FW whipped cream and did a small 15 ml batch using 2.5-3 % Caps apricot and a few drops TFA brown sugar extra. I'm not posting in the recipe section just yet, because I haven't gotten as precise as I'd like yet. Still experimental right now. The rest is still steeping as is. Any suggestions for additional tweaking or other flavors? The only other fruits I have right now are tfa blueberry extra, tfa ripe strawberry and Loranns peach.

So what are you trying to make by adding apricot to recipe. So far it's different . Would like to hear back results ...

Just trying to make varying fruit and custard recipes rather than just plain custard all the time. My apricot custard is good, but I think my cap apricot % needs adjusted up. It's a little tangier than plain custard, but the apricot isn't coming through as much as I'd like. The same thing is happening with strawberry. I just haven't found the right combo just yet.
