Is the Lucifer mechanical mod any good? Also Im thinking of buying a Diablo RTA with it and maybe another RDA and really get into cloud chasing...

I have a Lucifer clone, and I like it a lot. Especially, due to the ability to configure the batteries between series or parallel.
