Three new LEGO Star Wars sets aimed at adults are now available for preorder. The sets are helmets intended to be displayed on a shelf or desk, and they’re based on the Mandalorian, Luke Skywalker's X-Wing uniform, and a Dark Trooper. These are the latest additions to the semi-recent line of display-oriented sets that also includes Darth Vader, Stormtrooper, Batman, and Venom, among others. The new sets will release March 1, and are available to preorder for $59.99 each.
These new sets are pretty awesome, particularly the Mandalorian helmet. It’s comprised of 584 pieces and comes with a buildable stand as well as a nameplate for display.
The Luke Skywalker (Red Five) helmet will be instantly recognizable to any fan of the original Star Wars trilogy. It’s made from 675 pieces, including the stand and nameplate.
At the moment, the Dark Trooper helmet is only available at the LEGO Store, but it has the same price and release date as the other two. It’s made of 693 pieces, and buying it gets you 390 VIP Points if you sign up for the free LEGO VIP program. You can cash in your points for various bonuses and discounts.
