posting this in hopes some of the new mixers will read it and be encouraged a little by fails . sometimes I get my ideas by just throwing shit at the wall. iwasnt going for grape slush but thats where it ended up. got some new flavors today so i started mixing a bunch of single flavors after that i sit here and just add drops of whatever until basically its unvapable lol. tonight turned out pretty good after a few days of fails in the calculator.
granted what i am vaping now is no where near top shelf but in a month or 2 Id put it up against anyones. so here is a break down of how it went after deciding grape was the one i wanted to try and make work.
first batch
2% S.C. grape...... taste like grape juice and koolaid, not the best standalone but good enough to keep interest
then added 2 more %... kinda to much but not terrible
round 3
ah what the heck , added 2% S.C. red apple.... it actually smoothed out the over flavored grape and dulled it out some, but a good ish mix. getting a bit overflavored now
at this point it is 6% and tasting to strong so its time to ruin it.
I added 2% S.C. coconut to combat all that other flavoring
it took a turn for the better ??????
tasted like a grape cream slush. I doubt i make it through this 15 mls before i just dump it out because its extremley over flavored . Im not going to steep it because thats not the answer for over flavored and Im not going to try to find additives to "make it better" Im just going to flat scrap it and use this basic outline to build the ultimate grape slush recipe. Ill adjust everything down and work it out until its shake and vape because if it doesnt taste right today it wont taste right in 25 days. in my opinion a properly executed recipe is ready on demand. every time i hear the word steep i hear over flavored in the background.
the point I guess im trying to make is dont linger and get stuck in a rut. move quick and throw shit at the wall. dont sit around wondering why it doesnt taste right just start making changes right away.

Try a small amount of it just to see.
