To dilute my 100 mg nic do I use volume or weight

I have 100 mg/ml nic and dilute to 50 mg/ml. I the past I just diluted it with pg. If there was 20 mls of 100 mg nic I used 20 mls of pg to make 50 mg/ml nic. I don't know if that is correct. Should I be using the weight of the pg? I guess it would be the same?

It doesn't matter if you dilute by volume or by weight. Combining EQUAL parts, whether it is by volume, or weight, you'll have the same result.

PG and VG do not weigh the same per ml.
