Tobacco Tax Increase Unlikely To Pass The House, Republican Leadership Says

You know I don't like the our vaping being associated with Cigarettes because it is NOT Cigarettes. Vaping is Vapor hence it's name Vaping. It has nothing to do with Smoke ! Here in California a lot of people I know have quit smoking stinkies and are now vaping. Some with NIC and some without.
Studies have shown that nicotine is no more harmful than caffeine. What about all those energy drinks then? Where's the TAX on those ?
I've heard there was a bill that was supposed to tax vaping as a whole and e-liquids but I just placed a large order from a company here in California and the tax was hardly anything. My order did include nicotine also so I am wondering if it has not become effective yet? The FDA will always try to figure out a way to penalize people if they are doing something and "Enjoying it" !
