Putting together a top 10 list of Persona characters wasn’t easy. The series has given us so many amazing, memorable protagonists over the years that it was hard to choose between them. So in order to be fair, we decided characters must meet two specific criteria in order to be ranked.
The first is that they must be a Persona user. (Sorry, Nanako!) The second is that they must play a significant role in the story. Once the rules were established, we had IGN's biggest Persona fans vote on who they thought deserved a spot on the list.
Thus without further ado, here are the characters we think represent the best Persona has to offer.
