I've been "patiently" waiting for my subox kit to come in and as I just checked ups tracking for the 10th time today I noticed it's finally in Baltimore! Unfortunately I still won't get it until Wednesday. It sucks even more knowing it's less than 10 crow-miles from where I am now. :-

I ordered mine last Thursday morning and it was shipped 3 hours later. Maybe they just like my email address?

Ugh. So my local post office has it so that means I won't be able to touch it until late Wednesday night after my son's football practice. And even then I have to wait the the batteries to charge. At this rate I wouldn't be surprised if the initial tank was cracked or the juice I ordered with it leaked all over. It's so close I can almost vape it! *whine session over*

Not on my three orders. All were prepped within a day. One even made it to me in under 3 days (TX to OR).

I got my package today. Tracking never did any updates. I think they send ups with a hand off to usps. I'm happy now. Will order from them again.

I've noticed a lot of places do that now. I order a few things through Amazon and 3 different sellers did the same exact thing. Ups with a pass off to usps. Must be cheaper.

Maybe it's a good thing. With tracking, I find myself being a total mail stalker. Maybe I can learn to just relax now. Packages will show up eventually.

Lol river water...What coil are you using? I stuck the 1.5 in so my wife can mtl. It's been going all day long. About 1/4 tank left.

The 0.5. In my haste I didn't bother checking which one was in. I stopped by during work to use the bathroom and when I came out the mailman was across the street. I ambushed him and went about my way. The local shop says this juice is French Vanilla ice cream but it taste like 3 day old sugar cookies above 25 watts.

So I've learned my lesson the hard way, I picked up some unflavored to ease the juice transition. It'll work for the time being since I don't keep vodka on hand. Now my crunchberries actually taste like crunchberries and not old carpet. Don't ask how I know how old carpet tastes.

I wanted to update on USPS and ask your opinion. Right now everything sent out with free shipping over 1lb will go out UPS, everything under will go out USPS First class.

We've had some really bad luck with USPS and it makes us look really bad even if it is out of our hands. What would you like ecig.com to offer for shipping? USPS 1-3 day priority mail, per even their guidelines are not even guaranteed to be there before 5 days.

I want to offer the best shipping, and to keep our prices as low as they are now so if you all have any feedback on this please let me know. Our company will never be at a "stopping point", we'll always be growing and we welcome any and all feedback to help us keep moving forward and offering the best customer service, prices and products out there.

I don't mind the shipping time. Well , I do, but that goes for anything without instant gratification. As long as the package can be tracked, great.

well i placed an order with you early Friday morning and paid for 1st class mail since your in TX Im in MD I figured Id have it today(Tuesday) I ship alot with USPS, so I am very familiar with their transit times. I was kind of disappointed that an order placed before 7am EST on Friday didnt make it to the post office until Monday. It will be here Thursday. Is that unreasonable to wait almost a week with first class mail, not really but had it gotten to the post office on Friday when I ordered it would be here today. and I would just be posting how fast you ship.

I will always take free priority mail shipping over free ups or fedex. Especially when going coast to coast.
priority mail goes from MD to CA in 3 days every time, UPS and Fedex take 7-10 days

Twas ups handed off to asps. It was the free shipping so I think it became priority. Ugh, I'm in dundalk now. 12 years with 5 to go.

That sounded like a jail sentence. I've lived here for 12 and my wife will finally be okay with moving in 5 years

Interesting about UPS, we have been very busy and while we've been trying to get every product out that is ordered by 11am central we have been having a few days that we've missed that mark. USPS does receive on saturdays. They will even start transporting it to its destination on Saturdays. Ive shipped with USPS enough to know better. And yes you missed the mark last friday with my order i placed around 7am EST. You didnt even bother to print the label until 430pm est and then didnt give it to the post office until Monday. SO here it is a week since I ordered and I still dont have it. Yet other people who ordered that day or this week have their stuff. Yes Im pissed. No I probably wouldnt recommend your company at this point.

For me, the best shipping so far has always been the USPS Priority option. I do try to stay away from ANYONE that uses UPS, although it can't always be avoided. My last order from you guys is a testament as to why I won't use UPS if at all possible!
