Trouble with TI01 vapor production

First things first:
IPV3 Li, upgraded to 200w+ titanium wire support
Ti01 ~26 gauge wire
.13 ohm resistance
dual contact coils, 6 wraps, 3mm ID
Organic Jap cotton
100% VG Juice
Temp control at 415-500F
Doge v4 RBA
Think I covered it..

Anyway - I have been using nichrome (loved it). Switched to TI coils so I could take advantage of my new IPV3, and had some trouble with the vapor production. When I use the temp control, I seem to get some vapor, but really no throat hit. I almost want to say it's a very soft, inconsistent hit. When not using temp control, it's better, but like it's stll missing something. I want to feel the hit. Cloud chasing comes in at a close second.

I really like the concept of temp control, and have faith in TI wire. I know the safety concerns, and am assured the wire wont get hot enough to hurt me. I'm just wondering if there are any pros out there who would know if I'm building wrong, or if temp control just plain old isn't going to keep me satisfied.

I went thru the same ordeal but was using nickel in my Doge..dogged if I could ever to get it to hit very well at all on the IPV4 in Joules mode..I finally gave up and rebuilt the coils with my tried and true 24g nichrome... I think
TC may be somewhat over rated as I've had no luck using it...just sayin

Turn up the heat and you'll notice its.the same vape as nichrome. 550°f and you won't burn the cotton. People tend to think they can't go passed 410° which isn't true. The cotton is always slightly wet even when it says no liquid.

In order to increase throat hit, you have two options.
1.) use more PG.
2.) increase Nicotine.

I'm about to start making my own juices. I'll try all of those options. Thank you for the help! Didn't know that I could turn it up to 550. Tried 500 and was fine but figured I was pushing it.
Again, TYVM!

Doge has some serious airflow I say you need to pump up the heat up you won't need more then 50j with that build. Titanium heats up way quicker then regular wire.
