These these two join Ryu, Nash, M. Bison, and Chun Li to bring the confirmed roster up to six. Cammy has been a series regular since Super Street Fighter 2, so her inclusion should surprise nobody. Birdie, on the other hand, hasn't been playable since Street Fighter Alpha 3, making his return somewhat of a surprise.
As with every character in Street Fighter 5, each of them have a unique V-Skill, and V-Trigger - two mechanics new to this Street Fighter. During V-Trigger, Cammy can leave after-images of herself to hit multiple times with her special attacks, and Birdie can enter an enraged state where his damage is dramatically increased, and certain moves of his gain armor properties. Here's a quick shot of what he looks like. This image is just a grab from the stream. High quality screens should be coming soon.
