I just read up on it sounds bad lol no refills are to be sold over 10 ml. Maximum size of cartridges or tanks do no exceed 2ml rofl that's a joke. They did not mention anything about diy. But I bet my bottom dollar they will try and ban it some how. Stock up on vg / pg, nic and flavourings now. If these regulations pass I foresee a huge underground movement of "illegal juice and mod trafficking" . But this is just UK if i'm not mistaken. You should be able to order it from overseas. Sounds like cigalike and crappy ego pens are all there gonna allow! Which will enevitable be provided by big tobacco companies. ouch that really sux. All in all not good for the vaping community! Specifically the UK.
