I quit a 38 year, pack a day habit using e-cigs,
I could not quit using any other cessation method because patches and pills do not reproduce "throat hit",
By reproducing the throat hit with vapor, I did not suffer weight gain from quitting,
I have moderated down to 0 (yes that's a zero) nicotine in my vape.
I love how people can act like they have a f'n clue about something they've never researched properly.
