Ya think? There are some minor quibbles I have with the editorial opinion, like requiring devices to need approval at all and recipes still needing approval where all ingredients have been approved. Rather, I would support labeling food flavorings with warning labels that simply say: "inhalation hazard" if, and only if, they include ingredients already known to be hazardous when inhaled.
Either the writer is completely unaware of the self-policing that already exists within the community/subculture, or they chose to ignore or underplay it for effect. But, I can't imagine a bad product NOT being called out virtually immediately in two years, which is exactly what happens now.
