I'll sign it ,but I think it will never happen...there is no way the congress would pass a term limit it would cut power from them, and even if they did it would just be a show..the president would veto it saving the congress from voters wrath....I think Mark Levine may be right.the only hope short of violence in order to curtail the tyrany of the federal goverment is to call for a convention of the states and strip the federal goverment of funding and power.
