Seriously?
https://www.wired.com/story/users-sue-juul-for-addicting-them-to-nicotine/

Since April, consumers have filed at least three complaints against Juul. Two of the lawsuits were filed in California and allege Juul deceptively marketed the product as safe, when it contains more potent doses of nicotine than cigarettes. Both seek monetary damages, as well as an injunction to curb Juul’s marketing practices.
What's really hilarious is that two of these people were smokers!

We desperately need to change the tort system in this country. In much of the rest of the world, you can sue anyone for anything, just like you can here, but people don't file stupid suits like this. Why? Because in most of the rest of the world, if you file a suit and lose, you have to pay the defendant's legal defense costs!

What's REALLY funny is that in the absence of MAOIs, nicotine is no more "addictive" than caffeine. And people who used to be smokers? Sorry, that train has already left the station and it ain't coming back.
