So the 35 thousand, yes that's right thirty five thousand people maybe more, has not been able to get there e juice since July 1st 2016? Let's ban e liquid so all the people will start smoking cigarettes or abusing other tobacco related products instead. lol Did utah really ban ejuice and not cigarettes / tobacco products? As If e liquid is causing dui, murder, chaos... Etc

Yes, Utah banned online sales of liquid, as did Arkansas last year. Pretty sure that was part of the Indiana debacle as well
