Uwell Rafale, In my hand-on my Mod, First impression!

Hello all,
I received my Rafale today, Packaged first class, the machining is top quality, a 23mm tank, 5ml. I have seen all of the youtube reviews on the Rafale, on filling I did not get any leakage, the top fill is a little awkward, but the more I use it, I think it will get easier to do, it works.
The first vape I took it easy, .2 coil on a Cuboid, power mode, 50W, a good very airy hit with airflow wide open,
very good flavor, MB Apfelstrudel 3mg 20/80. Now I'm up 80W, man oh man does it chuck, flavor flavor.
So far so good, much different from the Crown, much more vapor production than the Crown, I know hard to believe it, well believe it.
I think this coil will need at least 2 tanks to break in fully.
As of now I'm glad I got a Rafale, as I use it more and get used to it I will add to this post.
Do I recommend it, yes I do, different from the Crown in good ways, Uwell makes some kick ass high quality products. Go for it.

I'm interested to know if the coils last longer than the Crown - I get about 60mls out of a Crown coil. Have you tried the VRBA? It looks much better than the Crown RBA!

Hey Amanda, I didn't get the VBRA, maybe in the future, Uwell claims longer life from the Rafale coils, time will tell, so far great flavor, the tank gets hot, I expected that it would, the coils are much bigger compared to the Crown. It uses juice in a big way, so far I like it. Defiantly going in my rotation. You know, if you are into massive clouds and strong flavor, I would recommend it, a dense, wet, but not too wet vape.

I'm all about the flavor, and the Crown OCC coils do that! I would just like a coil that lasts me longer than 2 days

You only get 2 days out of your .25 Crown's? What goes bad for you? I usually get at least 2 weeks if not 3 out of them.

That's 60 mls on the 0.25 ohm coils at around 65 watts. They just turn black and give me a burned taste. I don't think 60 mls is that bad, I just wondered if I could get something with longer life!

Well time will tell and so will I with the Rafale, when I first got my Crown I was doing 65W with the .25 and I did notice a slight burnt taste every now or then. I dropped down to 60W and that's where I have stayed, I get good life out of the coils.

I am still in the learning curve, I just did 100W with the .2 SS, man! Massive clouds, off the hook flavor, big throat hit. This is a winner, winner chicken dinner coil.
