Yeah usually the rubber grommet that is around the positive pin is probably a bit messed up if you have some vodka or preferaby everyclear you can use that to clean it... what I would suggest is to take all the tubes off the spring off the bottom etc and clean it all dude with rubbing alcohol then let it sit for a hour then for the rubber grommet take a small small screw driver, paper ckip etc and go all around the middle positive pin on the 510 connector and see if any grime etc comes up try to get all that stuff out if you do this and it still does not work sometimes with the Vamo's with alot of use the positive wire starts shorting and its a pain to fix.. I hope that is not the case hope that helps....are you using one 18650 or two 18350's?

Have tried both 18650 and 18350 makes no diff tried diff tanks no go it seems to work just fine in every way until you try to fire it.

Do as I suggested clean the 510 connection even with rubbing alcohol check the grommet around the positive pin its probably shorting
if not then its an internal prob but I doubt it every vamo that comes to me to has this same issue over time I still have my original one over a year old had to replace that grommet
after you do this you can send me a PM if ya want we can try a few other things if you are handy with tools etc.. If not Vamos are dirt cheap man just save the tubes and toss it

the design on the 510/eGo connector are all pretty much the same, the center pin is shorted to the outside of the housing (or the solder blob holding internal wire has popped loose shorting out

This should work unless something internal has broken
