I received jackaroo kit from Vandy vape for the purpose of this review.

Jackaroo kit from Vandy vape comes in black color, atomizer and mod are in black color, but you can choose different panels on the mod and you have really nice choice.

Jackaroo atomizer

Atomizer is 45mm in height with drip tip that comes pre installed. On the base atomizer is 24mm in diameter but airflow ring protrudes and diameter there is 26mm. Build quality is very good, everything is as it should be. You can see some details on the atomizer, on the top cap you can see some details that helps when you want to take of the top cap, on the airflow control ring you also can see some details that helps with airflow adjustment. From the bottom of the atomizer you can see engraved "Designed and manufactured by Vandy vape" and you can see serial number.

Drip tip that comes pre installed is in red color and in my opinion this is very nice drip tip. This is 510 drip tip but I can say that this drip tip is very comfortable for using, usually I use 810 drip tips but this one is good. This drip tip is without o ring but still you can use here 510 drip tips with o rings. Drip tip that comes pre installed on the atomizer is 8mm in height and diameter of the hole is 12mm.
You can take off the top cap very easy, we have top fill system here and this is a locking system, so you need to spin the top cap a little bit and you can take off the top cap and fill the tank, also there is no chance that you can accidentally take off the top cap. E liquid hole is big and you will have no problem with big tip on the bottle. Details on the top cap also helps with filling, so filling this tank is very easy.

With this atomizer you will receive regular glass tank and this tank has 3.5ml capacity, also in the package you will receive bubble glass tank with 5ml capacity. Personally I like to use bubble glass tank because I like more capacity.
In the package you will receive two coils and both are mesh coils which is very good. Coil that comes pre installed has 0.15ohm resistance and you can use this coil from 50-90w. The other coil that comes with atomizer has 0.3ohm resistance and this coil works from 40-60w. Coils works very good and wicking is good. Also you can change the coils very easy because threads are good. When you use the coil for the first time you need to prime the coil with few drops of e liquid, then you can fill the tank and you can vape.

On the base you can see the airflow control ring and we have two airflow slots here. As I said you can see some details that helps with airflow adjustment, so you can pretty much easy adjust the airflow and what you adjust on one side it will be the same on the other side. When airflow is open there is a lot of airflow and vapor production is very good.

How this atomizer works and my thoughts:


I really like how this drip tip looks and how comfortable drip tip is but someone would like that here is 810 drip tip. Top fill system works very good and you can fill this atomizer very easy and simple, also there is no any leaking when you fill the atomizer. In the package you will receive the bubble glass tank that I like because of the capacity. Vapor production is very good and airflow is very smooth. Coils works good and wicking is good, there is break in period but after that flavor is very good. I can say that this is a very good atomizer.

- Someone will maybe like to use 810 drip tip, but this one is very comfortable

Jackaroo mod

Jackaroo mod is not a small mod, size of the mod: 91mm x 29mm x 48mm. This mod works from 5-100w. This mod has very good features, this mod is water resistant, shock resistant and dust resistant. Build quality is very good and I can say that this mod is pretty much heavy and you can feel the quality. The design of the mod is very good and the back of the mod has really nice shape with some details which makes this mod very comfortable in the hand. Mod comes in black color but you can choose between different panels.

From the top of the mod you can see stainless steel connection with very good threads, we have here gold plated spring loaded 510 pin. You can use atomizers here up to 26mm without overhang. From the top of the mod you can also see engraved "Jackaroo" and venting holes.
On the one side of the mod you can see engraved "Vandy vape". On the both sides of the mod you can see panels and each panel has 4 screws. You can change the panels here which is very good, so you can buy some panels and change the panels when you want.

From the bottom of the mod you can see the battery cap and you can see logo here and you can see engraved "Designed and manufactured by Vandy vape". On the battery cap you can see little slot so you can pull the part that you will use to unscrew the battery cap. Threads are very good here and you can screw and unscrew the battery cap without any problems. On the battery cap you can see engraved battery orientation and you can see o ring that seals the battery slot. This mod is compatible with 18650 batteries, 20700 batteries and 21700 batterie which is reeally good because this is a huge pro. Personally I like to use 21700 batteries and I like that I can use bigger battery here. With this mod you will receive the adapter for 18650 battery so if you don't have bigger battery you can use 18650 battery with adapter. Also when you place the battery in the mod there is no any rattling.

From the front of the mod you can see the fire button, the screen and you can see plus and minus buttons. Also on the front you can see 4 screws that you will need to unscrew in order to see the usb port. In my opinion it is very good that usb port is inside and you will use this usb port for software upgrade not for battery charging here. The fire button protrudes and fire button is clicky and very big and it is easy to find it and use it. Plus and minus buttons are also clicky and both works fine. On the middle you can see the big color screen which I personally like. Brightness of the screen is very good and you can change the brightness of the screen which is also good.

When you are in power mode on the screen you can see:

- Battery indicator

To turn on the mod you need to click 5 times on the fire button, to turn off the mod you need to do the same. Also you can lock plus and minus buttons by pressing plus button and fire button in the same time.
When you click 3 times on the fire button you can change the working mode, I like here that you can choose which working mod will be here, so for example if you don't like tc mode you can turn it off in settings and it will not be here when you are scrolling through working mods.

When you press plus and minus buttons in the same time you will enter menu and here you can see:

- Brightness
- Time
- Puff reset
- Version
- Id
- Exit


If you choose settings you can choose what you can turn on or off in the working modes and you can choose between volts, watts, tc or bypass.
Also in the settings you can change the color of the screen:

- Pink


In the settings you can also turn on option where mod will suggest you power for resistance of the coil when you screw the new coil. Also you can set here that when you lock the plus and minus buttons also locks the fire button. In the settings we also have factory reset. I really like this with vandy vape chip because you can adjust mod how you like.

How this mod works and my thoughts:

First of all build quality is very good, everything is absolutely perfect, also mod is protected with rubber which is very good. best features here are that this mod is water resistant, shock resistant and dust resistant, so if you want to buy mod with features that this one has, this mod is a very good choice. I really like that I can use 21700 battery here and this is a huge pro for me, this mod is also heavy and you can feel the quality of the mod.
You can use here atomizers up to 26mm in diameter which is good for me. The screen is very good and you can see everything very clear on the screen, also on the screen you can see a lot of informations, you can change the brighness of the screen and color of the screen. In the menu you can change a lot of things and most importnat you can turn off for example tc mode if you don't like to use tc mode. Mod works very well, I didn't have any problems, it works as it should, the fire button also works very good and there is no miss fires at all. Also I like that usb port is under the front panel. In my opinion this is a very good mod especially if you want to buy mod like this and i can suggest this mod for sure.

Cons:

- There is nothing that I can complain about the mod, maybe you will not like that usb port is under the front panel, but In my opinion this is good
