Vanilla Latte recipie

I have tried Yougotejuice Vanilla Latte and i love it.
The problem is that its not allowed to buy nicotin from outside EU if u live in Norway (as I do)
I did order, but found out about the restrictions after. So i cant order again without breaking the law.
I would like to try to mix it myself, because thats the ejuice i would want as my everydayvape. But to mix it I need help to figure out the recipie.
THats what i need help with to do. If anyone feel that they can and want to!

Just a guess cause I'm not too big on Coffee vapes, assuming that's the type you mean of course.

I'd start with:
0.5% FA Espresso (this one is strong so only raise it up 0.5% at a time if needed)
2% TFA Dairy Milk (or FW Milk)
2% INW Shisha Vanilla
(make adjustments from there)

Other Vanillas to try:
DIYFS French Vanilla
CAP French Vanilla
TFA Vanilla Swirl
INW Vanilla Bourbon

Other Creams to try:
CAP Sweet Cream
TFA Sweet Cream
Hangsen Cream
FA Condensed Milk

Might need a small amount of TFA/CAP Sweetener too, (just a drop or 2 in 15ml)

FA=FlavourArt
TFA/TPA= The Flavor Apprentice/The Perfumers Apprentice (bottles now labeled Fa so sometimes confused with FA above)
CAP=Capella
INW=Inawera
FW=Flavor West

Thank you very much for nice response. Ill look into this and have a go at some of the suggestions.
