Vape juice is slowly foaming or turning white around my RDA where it touches my mod?

Vape juice is slowly foaming or turning white around my RDA where it touches my mod. U know when your juice normally collects on the outside of the RDA and kinda leaks onto the mod? Well I have a hammer of God and an obese Buddha RDA and this "foaming" or juice turning a kinda thick white only happens when the batterys are in the mod.. it's weird and yes the RDA touches the metal part of the mod where the paint scratched off. Any thoughts on what's happening??

Geez, something is definitely not right. I hope someone chimes in and has a clue, cause I can only think that something is causing some sort of chemical reaction. The liquid has something acidic that gets activated when there is an electrical current.

I know when there is a short things usually burn or spark or give you a shock or worse....

Im sure others will , but can you take a photo?

Transfer of ions between the atty and mod aka galvanic corrosion. The juice is allowing this to accelerate. Just pull the atty off, clean everything really good and repaint the mod. That should stop it.

here's a pic .. so yea the paint is scratched off so u guys think it's just a matter of repainting the mod ? And it's not an electrical issue? For now I just put my heat sink on it..

Good idea. As long as the batteries are not getting hot and it's vaping normally, I doubt there is anything wrong besides the two dissimilar metal touching one-another.

Update* so there is a slight tingle of a shock when I put my tounge to my atty when I take batts out it's gone.. I checked the internals no bare wire are touching .. I'm stumped.. thoughts please??

The excess power from the current of the batteries is hastening the process.

Well I got some hammer tone paint sandpaper and painters tape today so I'll give it a go. I am a painter and I'm wicked good with a spray can so if anything else it will look nice lol

Yeah on the out side where the RDA touches the mod. It's on the hammer of God .

The paint was coming off of the mod so I repainted it. Will come back with an update in a day or so when the paint fully cured. But till then if u have any info feel free to comment

OK so I'm really irritated. I repainted my mod and it still is shocking me and what not... It's a simple design and I don't know why I cannot figure out what's going on..Please help

I hope you used Heat resistant paint and not some 2.99 paint meant for lawn chairs

When I take the batteries out it don't happen
