Me personally? Not in this lifetime.

This kind of thing is typical when a company achieves a dominant position in the market. They'll accept and even push for regulations that they think will hurt them less than their competitors.

Shame parents can't find the time to police their own children. Lack of consequences makes it so much easier for kids today than when I was a kid. Our parents didn't send us to therapy and blame the BT companies. The punished us and put the blame where it belonged; squarely on the kid for breaking the rules.
