This part pissed me off ...
"The California Department of Public Health, on the other hand, cites extreme dangers of ENDS, including exploding e-cigarettes, cancer-causing chemicals, and bronchiolitis obliterans or “Popcorn Lung,” caused by Diacetyl vapor used to produce a buttery flavor in some varieties of electronically delivered nicotine."
They forgot to add global warming!
