Vape wont turn on

I have a brand new chronus sigelei and it wont turn on. It keeps saying check battery I bought brand new batteries from my local vape shop. I've tried things but need help...help me please thanks!

Most new batteries come almost dead upon shipping. So you might wanna charge them and then try

When my older sigelei says "check battery" it means the atomizer (tank) isn't making a proper connection.

Check your coil, tank & mods threads to make sure there is a proper connection.

You may need to take out the coil, slide the bottom pin of the coil out a little bit, and then screw it back down in the tank.

That usually solves it if it's an easy fix.
