Senator Ron Johnson who has been asking a lot of tough questions of the FDA but got the "fuck you" back from them since he was poised to lose his seat in the polls. He promised to keep on the FDA like stink on shit but he would need to get re elected to do so.
He was down by 15 points 2 weeks before election day and I am sure he understands that concerned vapers are the ones who came out and got him his biggest long shot of a victory out of all of the senate races.
Being the chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee gives him the go ahead to demand answers from the FDA and he has the power to block them if they do not give him a damn good answer for why killing 15,000 small businesses and millions of smokers is somehow a good idea.
We all know that the FDA has no excuse.
I have seen senator Ron Johnson at the Right to Vape tour and at a few vape meets giving speeches so He knows how much this means to his voters.
