So, I know there are a few of you that responded to my previous thread asking if anyone had purchased from this site before; I thought I would give an update on my experience...
I purchased a G-Priv and X-Cube Ultra from them on 2/16. After many many many attempts to contact them to see what was going on I was finally able to get a response from their rep Vape Girl (the person who posts in their vendor thread). She put me in contact with marketing. They gave me the runaround until they finally told me that the G-priv was out of stock... I asked for a refund. No response for two days. Then I heard from them stating they received a new shipment so they were fulfilling my order. Then, again no response for days...
I was finally able to reach someone on their chat service who gave me a tracking number last night!! They have told me several times that my order was shipped, but I found out that it was just shipped and assigned a tracking number last night!!! 18 days!!! I know they're in China, but what kind of F'd up customer service!!! They will never get my business again!!!
On a related note, I ordered a tank from Fasttech and received a shipping notification in two days!
