Vaping 6 months

Been cigarette free for 6 days now. I know that's not as long as some but, after a 32 year 1-2 pack a day habit, it a significant accomplishment for me. Vaping helped me make this happen.

Once you find a nice flavor juice and a good device that works , it's all good.

congrats!!!! the first 7 days are the hardest, after that it gets easier and easier and eventually you wont even think about it!

Yep, kicking a 32-year habit is very profound --- we are all rooting for you!

As a former 2.5 PAD smoker for 37 years I know the struggle - and the deep sense of accomplishment the first time you pass up a smoke for vape.
