The group gathered in the state Capitol building and implored lawmakers to pass a bill reducing the 40 percent tax on products to a five cent per milliliter tax on nicotine fluid, reports York Dispatch.

For shops who still mix their own, I'm not sure that's actually an improvement. I can DIY for less than 5 cents per ml, so a 40% tax on the wholesale cost is only 2 cents per ml...

The person claiming the 200% tax is from Hungary and claiming that they will be fighting the tax because since they are part of the EU that makes it wrong.

That's what i got from the post and their profile location anyway.
