30 ml of pure liquid nicotine would make about 5 liters of 6 mg/ml juice.
30 ml of 100mg/ml "base" would make 500ml of 6 mg/ml juice.

However, the article's author doesn't see to understand that a Pepsi probably shouldn't be called "liquid caffeine".
