So I got a Sigelei Spark a few days ago. I also got the Kanger CLTank 4.0 which came with an Ni200 coil. I figured I'd try temp control so I set it all up with the right settings. 480 degrees Fahrenheit and 40 Jules.
Thing is my voltage when it's sitting is only 2.7 to 3.1 then when I fire it, it goes up to around 4.0 is this normal or is my battery/mod messed up? It's a single 18650 and it's a brand new battery. Can anyone tell a new vaper what's going on here? I'm almost scared to use it in fear of it blowing up. On top of that my battery is charged, it's showing it at like 90%.
