In a Smoke Free Radio address posted on Phil Busardo’s page; Dimitris Agrafiotis, AKA The VapinGreek has broken down the differences between HR2058 & The Cole/Bishop Amendment, so that we can all make an informed decision on where to center our support.

With the new FDA Regulation finally upon us, it is imperative that we don’t go into panic mode. It is vital that we all stay focused on what’s most important, even if it requires some sacrifice in the short term.

Ashley Davis, partner at West Front Strategies, analyzes both pieces of legislation, and what they mean for the industry, along with Scott Eley, who also discusses the overreaching FDA Deeming Regulation.

With Cole/Bishop clearly at the forefront, and potentially going before the House Appropriations Committee before sessions end, it is Totally Wicked’s opinion, and sincere hope, that we all rally behind this legislation as a first step towards changing the FDA’s current language.

We must not resign ourselves to the mentality, that “All Is Lost” Instead, we need to educate everyone that we can, and stay united in order to pass responsible legislation which makes sense for the public as well as the vaping community at large.
