Since this is under rebuildable discussion, I'm assuming you want a rebuildable atomizer. Now, there are some on the market that are absolutely terrible, but even with the good ones it depends on how you build it and the device you use it on. I'm no expert, I'm still experimenting with builds myself although I do have some ideas I'm still learning what works and what doesn't.

The subtank mini v2 with the new rba is awesome for a starter. I've recently bought a bellus and the learning curve is a lot higher on a dual coil. Also it's still early but i'm thinking I like the subtank better.
