Just wanted to say you don't really know about customer service until you have a problem. Bought a device from vapordna.The device was doing some strange stuff. I wasn't even positive it was the device. Thought it might have been the tank,To make it short and sweet. They handled it better than I could have hoped for. Great customer service.

I've ordered more than a few items from them, always fast and professional! Luckily i've never had a problem, good to know they handle them well. I've been surprised by a few companies and how well they handle problems, good to know i can add another to the list!

I'll second that, ordered a mod from them, it came with a bad fire button and they handled extremely quickly and professionally, they made it really painless for me.
