Sup fellow vapers.
So another pod for today, friends over at HealthCabin sent me this cool Vaporesso XROS PRO for review purposes.
For those a bit lazy or with just not enough time here you go with some visual aids so you can get some info on this device within seconds.

Unboxing and first Impressions:
Slide the cover off and you got a small rectangular and flat envelope like thingy with the usual paperwork, remove that and you can see the pod,the spare cartridge and the Type-C charging cable.
Vaporesso has a standard when packaging their products and this is another time that they impeccably deliver a proper kit with everything you need.
Glad to report Vaporesso included a second cartridge,as i said many times this should be the industry standard when it comes to pod kits.
The pod itself is a bit heavier than i thought but then again its a 1200mAh battery,no worries thou because thanks to the 2A charging it will be up to 100% in just 35 minutes.
Small LED on the front bottom part, lock switch on the side and airflow regulator on the back, well gee color me impressed this got it all.
On the right side is a lock switch which is a very good feature to have, you can still use auto draw thou so no worries.
Pod itself looks sleek, nice stylized lines all form the shape of the pod, weight between 86 and 85.5 grams depending on what cartridge you have in it.
The materials of choice (Zinc Alloy + IML + PCTG) give it a nice feel when you're holding it,bit heavy but yeah you know the big 1200mAh battery is to blame,no blame really more battery is better.
Vaping time:
So i fill both cartridges that it comes with the 0.6 ohm and the 1.0 ohm,the 1.0 ohm i used salts at 20mg and on the 0.6 ohm some freebase at 3mg nic.
While them cartridges get saturated let us go thru what you can do with just the one button on the front:
-2 clicks for RGB light
-3 clicks to adjust wattage and mode, keep in mind wattage control only works with the 0.4 ohm coil
-4 clear puff counter
ok so you see easy peasy, let us move on with the piece of resistance which comes in the form of the 1.0 ohm coil,20mg nic and ready to go.
Just FYI about the cartridges, depending on where you live you might get the TPD cartridge which holds 2ml of e-liquid or you might get the ''normal'' that holds up 3ml of e-liquid.
Damn thing hits hard, combinations of factors probably...me not using nic salts on the regular and these coils that just wam bam thank you maam deliver a pure and unadulterated hit.
I fiddle around with the airflow and fully open i get a almost pure MTL but with a slight looseness to it,fully closing the airflow you do get 100% the MTL experience.
Knowing me you guys know i am going for the 0.6 ohm coil next right?
0.6 ohm coil ,airflow fully open and and and....well the flavor is there but doesn't feel much like RDL,seems to be missing a bit of power.
Don't get me wrong the cloud production is generous and the taste and hit is on point but there just seems to be something missing.
If it were up to me i would have included a 0.4 ohm coil instead of the 0.6 ohm, would have loved to try that one,for the vaping experience first then second so i could try the wattage mode.
Wattage mode in this device is locked and tucked away unless you use the 0.4 ohm cartridge, then and only then you can control the wattage you desire.
Nonetheless i did enjoy the 0.6 ohm coil,i got a good RDL but there just wasn't enough power.
PROS:
-Made by Vaporesso,enough said
-Looks good and feels good in the hand
-lock switch,indispensable
-Big battery,fast charging
-No leaking
CONS:
-Can't really come up with any cons, maybe a small con and just for me is that i would have preferred a 0.4 ohm coil instead of a 0.6 ohm, they didn't send any so i don't know how it will perform.
Would i recommend this device:
Lets be honest the market these days its all about pods so you have a lot to choose from so why this one?
Well its made by Vaporesso (quality) and is really good for MTL users, with the size of the battery and the size of the pod you will be vaping all day everyday.
Well thanks first of all to all my friends over at Healthcabin that sent me this kit so i could review it and thanks to everyone else that took the time to read my review.
cheers
