Vendor is asking for photo ID?

Vapordna asking for photo id because I listed my mom as the account and card holder and used my name and email in all other forms they noticed this when I ordered my second shipment of products and question it and want both of our picture ID'S is it that big a deal? they stated it's "law" that they must have it after already sending me a product without id

I sent them mine not really caring because quite frankly I could have nearly anyone's ID information with 30 bucks and a internet connection tho at first I did "sorta kinda" nicely flip shit in the emails till I'd simmered down and sent it.

Many vendors are now doing this but you can tape off the ID number on you licence if you want, they just want to verify age

I can see why they do it with all the media crying and whining over "minors" buying products and that reflects fda decisions and that can go badly very quickly thanks for the tip about the ID number i'll have her cover it and send the rest also I think i'd posted this question in the wrong sub forum so I posted it in general discussion as well

Lots of vendors around who don't require you to upload an id....they use a different system which simply asks your name , BD, address. And lots of vendors which carry the same things as vapordna for similar prices, why go through the hassle? I had vapordna cancel my account because, even being a long time customer they insisted on a photo id, I replied in emails I couldn't (and wouldn't), never got a personal reply, only stock form emails explaining how to upload an id, repeatedly.

Personally, in this day and age where ID theft is rampant, you would be taking a big risk. My view is to shop elsewhere.

I do not have a problem providing my Photo ID because everything except for my birth date, address and NY State is blacked out.

To be fair...
It's a Ca company; they're all doing, or will be doing it.

Also, vape companies typically verify age of the account holder, anonymously, through computer databases.
But if you (TOLD them you) are using your mother's credit card, then you need to be age-verified separately.

It's not Vapor DNA's fault... It is liberal democrat lawmakers' in California's fault.
IOW, it's our own fault for voting them in.

If you hafta use your mom's card, order from the website and just put it in her name.
