Vision Spinner II & Kangertech Protank 3 Combo... Better Options?!

I currently have a Spinner II and Kangertech Protack, which has been serving a purpose. I am upgrading to a RX200 and am looking to give the Spinner away to a friend, trying to quit smoking. Not sure if I should invest in additional coils for the Protank 3 tank or if I would be better off(better quality device and considering costs), purchasing a new kit for my friend. A kit like the Ego One, IJust 2, Innokin iTaste, that will allow for a simple use but also something my friend could grow into? The Spinner & Protank 3 both seem outdated and by now there is probably something else, much better and reasonably priced. Please, share your thoughts.

I bought my buddy a istick 30w and nautilus a while back, he was a pack a day smoker and after 2 weeks he quit all together.

Are there any kits/devices, similarly styled like the IJust2 or Ego One, that have adjustable voltage or watts?

I find it quite annoying that my outdated Spinner II allows for adjusting of volts, but above mentioned devices have no such capability. Maybe, you all will share your thoughts about this, please?

I would recommend the Joyetech AIO - my friend loves it and quitting w the 1.5? Ohm coil!
I think you'll love it and it glows on the dark!
Second choice is ijust2
The ego one is not really MTL (or is it?)
I detest the ego one tank

I suggest the AIO, I bought one of this amazing little boy, performs perfectly, it will be perfect for friends who wanna grab one for help quiting smoking. so far AIO best price is here.

and congrats on upgrading to RX200! I have one, it deals everything we need for vaping, just a little over weight but it's fine. BUT consider RX220S, it's just an upgrade from RX200, bigger 0.96 inch screen, just $43 on the same source of the AIO, but if you can't wait for pre-order, RX200 is great, the majority upgrade of RX200S is the screen, performance is almost the same (I guess because I didn't get RX200S yet).
